Great episode. That was one of the funnier bits I’ve heard by Jason… I’m up late working (3:00 AM here)… my whole family is sleeping upstairs and I’m killing myself trying not to laugh out loud… “Racket-baller. Stephen King Reader. Or even Social Drinker.” TOOO funny.

I don’t personally know Dr. Alexander Dlugi (dirtbag of the week) but I’ve seen way too many of those type of people that bike, jog or walk down the middle of a busy street fully expecting cars to swerve out of their way. I’ve been tempted on several occasions to swerve toward these people.
I’m glad to hear that “Dr. Dirtbag” did not win his suit against the 11 year old girl. The guy should be ashamed to show his face in his neighborhood! Unfortunately those type of people are not “normal” & will go on in their own world.
Maybe we “normal’ people can try & do our part & swerve toward those people – of course, don’t hit them but get close enough to startle them! Now, wouldn’t that be fun?
-Sarah, Freezing in NH!
By the way, Great show, Scott – I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each episode I’ve listened to.
Keep up the good work!

Yes, Jason’s segment tis week was particularly awesome. We’re lucky to have Jason working on the show each week!
I am so happy to hear that Dr. Dirtbag (nice one Sarah) was stopped in his tracks by the sensible jury. I really hope this kills his practice and reputation locally. The guy makes just shy of a million dollars a year in salary and he is suing an 11 year old… for a rollerblading accident. Wow….

Good show! Any way to talk Scott out of including ear-piercing music? That last one was especially abrasive. Right up there with Panic at the Disco. I like to load up my iPod with the shows, but the music is not worth the download time and only really detracts, IMO. I wind up dumping the whole show. Good fun, otherwise. Thx! H

I disagree Harvey I think the music is like the weekly dosage of 8ball. And is an integral part of the show.

The music issue is one that is brought up all the time. People either seem to love it or hate it. The beauty of a podcast is that you can fast forward through it and be done. Not too hard? Plus, in the vast majority of the episodes I’ve done thus far, the song is the very last thing in the show…the closing, if you will. If you don’t want to hear it then stop listening at that point. This week, I will grant you, was an exception.
I do enjoy the debate about it though.

PS. Jason… looks liek your computer was a little over-eager.

Glad we’re reaching the college set. Make sure to tell your friends that listening to AC is more fun than stealing music from the RIAA (although not by much).

Oh. My. God.
I just found your show this morning while looking through Itunes radio, and first of all, it was great. Second of all, the doctor that sued the child over the bike incident should spend the rest of his life in shame. His name should become an adjective to describe slimy people.

Hey Scott,
Just wanted to say loved the show. It was funny you mentioned Canada because that where my husband is and it was so funny you to mention that on the show. Personally i think Canadians are nicer than Americans, hey thats just me i go there about once a month so i see the difference first hand. By the way is Bryan ever coming back? I know i am a little late with my comment this week but hey better late than never.
