American Cliche #234 – 5 Year Anniversary
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
This month I’m celebrating the 5 year anniversary of doing American Cliche. The show has changed a little bit over that time, but at its core it really is the same – a goofy dude talking about news stories that interest him and his personal journey through life. I’m sort of shocked that you have all stuck around so long. Thank you for your support.

The poor sound quality gives it a great grunge feeling that you probably weren’t going for originally.
But honestly, that song was better than any of my friend’s bands (I’m 16), and better than many other bands I could mention.
And congrats on the 5 years of the podcast!

Martin,
Thanks for your comment. Yes, we certainly weren’t going for that grungy sound when we recorded it in 1989, but it definitely comes through.
